• 🚐 Taiwan airport transfers booked — Hansheng car service, 9-seater, order AR20260807201305, NT$3,230. Aug 16: car arrives at home 04:45 (wake-up moved to 04:00) → Terminal 2 by ~05:40 for the 08:00 JX771. Aug 20: pickup at TPE 19:50 after JX772 lands 18:50.
• 🚕 Changi → hotel: take a Grab (no booking needed, ~S$25–35, 20–40 min). Grab app installed and card added ✅. With 4 people + 2 large suitcases, book a 6-seater (GrabFamily / Grab6).
